What you’ll be doing
You will lead BIM delivery within the office and contribute to improving best practice across the company, understanding & establishing BIM protocols on projects (e.g. BEP, TIDP)
You will produce high quality drawings and Revit models and be a positive role model and mentor to junior staff
You will manage BIM compliance and be responsible for Quality and Information Management, internally and externally.
What we need from you
- Extensive experience of using Revit, working within a BIM environment and with CDE’s
- Willingness to balance technical oversight with project delivery, i.e. produce models and drawings
- Experience of mentoring junior staff.
- Experience of reviewing and commenting on BIM documentation e.g. BEP, EIR
