The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Bid Coordinator to join our team in either our Liverpool or Manchester office. You will play a key role in the production of high quality, compliant proposals to meet client requirements.
As a Bid Coordinator, you will assist in the preparation of bid documents, in addition to developing business development materials, including case studies and CVs, while maintaining a comprehensive database of all relevant information.
The Right Fit
The ideal person will have proven expertise in preparing and supporting the management of bids, ideally within a similar industry.
You should be skilled at coordinating bid activities and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of all bid-related information. You’ll have strong organisation and communication skills.Advanced skills in graphic design software, particularly InDesign, alongside proficiency in basic office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, are essential.
We value individuals eager to enhance our bid processes and who can consistently contribute proactive ideas and suggestions.
A qualification in APMP (or an equivalent) would be advantageous.
