What you’ll be doing
You will play a key role in the exciting next stage of our Birmingham office development.
You will contribute towards developing and delivering our business strategies and processes, whilst leading and developing a technical team of ambitious and innovative engineers and technicians to deliver projects.
What we need from you
You’ll be professionally qualified within Structural Engineering and have some experience of leading a team of engineers and technicians in the delivery of a wide range of projects.
You’ll be able to inspire and motivate a team to develop to their full potential.
You’ll have strong communication skills and be able to explain our ideas and solutions clearly and concisely to internal and external stakeholders and always be seeking new opportunities for the business and your team.
